File Description:
TAM Express was the regional subsidiary of TAM, operating a large fleet of Cessna Caravans connecting the major hubs with small cities across Brazil. The Caravans operated in full TAM colors and filled CGH and other busy airports while making multi-stop trips across the country of Brazil that sometimes went on for the better part of the day. The operation was so geographically vast that not all the networks are connected. Flightplans by Raphael Rodrigues, HTAI Cessna 208 texture by Jonathan Alba included. File Description:
In 1998, Transbrasil was the 3rd largest airline in Brazil, but nearing the end of it's life, ceasing operations in 2001. Transbrasil had a decent number of 767s in 1998 flying both around Brazil and to Europe and North America, while 737-300s and 737-400s served the domestic market. Planes had the wings and titles painted in different vivid colors making for good variety, and there was a Futura hybrid 737-400 as well as a new 1998 livery applied to some 737s. Flightplans by Chasen Richardson and Raphael Rodrigues. Repaints by Jonathan Alba included for the FAIB 737-300, 737-400, 767-200, and 767-300. Part of the 1998 Flight Simulator Project. Fly Linhas Aeras was a Brazilian charter operator connecting CGH and SDU with the coastal resort cities in the North. The airline operated from 1995-2003, and these plans are representative of typical charters. One aircraft was operated in a hybrid livery from China Airlines, the other in a more modern color scheme. File Description:
Itapemirim Cargo flew brightly painted 727s across Brazil and up to Mexico from 1991-2000. But from 1997 to 1998, they operated a passenger division with Cessna 208 Caravans based in SBRJ. By the end of 1998, TAM had taken interest in this operation and the flights were merged into TAM Express.
