Airport YECH Echuca is a regional airport in Victoria Australia. IMPORTANT NOTE This is the third version of this scenery. The main difference is it includes all the textures for the libraries of objects used. The missing textures in the first/second version (and the first version of Yarrawonga) caused problems with other sceneries using the same libraries/objects. There is a thriving aero club based there.These files are for Flight Simulator X. Made using Airport Design Editor using some objects borrowed from Robert Budd's excellent Baccus Marsh.The scenery is a big improvement on the standard airport and accurately reproduces real world. RECOMMENDED The scenery is designed to interface with ORBX FTX_AU scenery for Australia (payware). It should work without ORBX but has not been tested for how well it interfaces with standard scenery.

The scenery is a big improvement on the standard airport and accurately reproduces real world
including the narrow unlit taxiway.

The scenery is designed to interface with ORBX FTX_AU scenery for Australia (payware).
It should work without ORBX but has not been tested for how well it interfaces with standard scenery.

Airport YYWG Yarrawonga is a regional airport in Victoria Australia. IMPORTANT NOTE This is the second version of this scenery. The main difference is it includes all the textures for the libraries of objects used. The missing textures in the first version (and the first version of Echuca) caused problems with other sceneries using the same libraries/objects. There is large number of hangers a training school and some private residentual lots with direct access to the taxiways. These files are for Flight Simulator X. Made using Airport Design Editor using some objects borrowed from Robert Budd's excellent Baccus Marsh. The standard airport bears only a passing resemblance to the real thing so this scenery is a big improvement and accurately reproduces real world. RECOMMENDED The scenery is designed to interface with ORBX FTX_AU scenery for Australia (payware). It will work without ORBX but will not interface as well with standard scenery.

Airport YBNS Bairnsdale is a regional airport in Victoria Australia. It has 2 runways a long 1101m sealed and lit 04/22 and a 850m sealed 13/31 There is a gocart track and a disused drag strip next to the airport. There is a thriving aero club and training for light aircraft and helicopters. These files are for Flight Simulator X. Made using Airport Design Editor using some objects borrowed from Robert Budd's excellent Baccus Marsh. 'Murray and SE Victoria v2' is made to match ORBX Australia v2 scenery. Use 'Murray + SE Victoria airports' for ORBX v1 or no ORBX. There are 5 airports. 3 airports near the Murray river in Victoria and NSW - YRIO Robinvale, YBRN Balranald, YDLQ Deniliquin. 2 airports in SE Victoria - YLEG Leongatha, YYRM Yarram. ORBX has done these as they have done every airport included with FSX in Australia to a reasonable standard. If I had not already done them for ORBX V1 I would not have bothered. However these are better than ORBX because the surroundings have been modified to match real life. Towns have been added or shifted. Forests cut down or added. Race courses, sewage treatment ponds and other stuff added. Local obstacles (towers etc) added. There are Included are 2 AI traffic files that cover the airports. 'Mid Western Victoria v2' is made to match ORBX Australia v2 scenery. Use 'Mid West Victoria update' for ORBX v1 or no ORBX. NOTE this is an UPDATE with Horsham replacing Hamilton in the instructions (it is Horsham in the actual scenery). There are 14 airports starting at Ararat and extending up to the Murray at Swan Hill. YARA Ararat YSWL Stawell YMBU Maryborough YSTA Saint Arnaud YDOD Donald YWYF Wycheproof YBIR Birchip YHPN Hopetoun YKER Kerang YSLK Sealake YSWH Swanhill YNHL Nhill YHSM Horsham YWKB Warracknabeal. A lot of airports but this is several hundred hours of effort over many months. ORBX has done these as they have done every airport included with FSX in Australia to a reasonable standard. If I had not already done them for ORBX V1 I would not have bothered. However these are better than ORBX because the surroundings have been modified to match real life. Towns have been added or shifted. Forests cut down or added. Race courses, sewage treatment ponds and other stuff added. Local obstacles (towers etc) added. There are 6 custom terminal buildings accurate to real life. Included is an AI traffic file that covers airports that dont already have AI. These files are for Flight Simulator X. YLKE Lakes Entrance YGRL Great Lakes Airport YORB Orbost YMCO Mallacoota. ORBX has done 2 of these (YORB, YMCO) as they have done every airport included with FSX in Australia to a reasonable standard. If I had not already done them for ORBX V1 I would not have bothered. However these are better than ORBX because the surroundings have been modified to match real life. Towns have been added or shifted. Forests cut down or added. There are also custom accurate versions of the terminal buildings. Included is an AI traffic files that covers the airports (little or no traffic from ORBX). In short a lot more time spent by me as I did not have to do every airport in Australia! These files are for Flight Simulator X. West Coast Victoria includes 3 airports YWBL Warrnambool YPOD Portland YPFA Port Fairy. This scenery is the latest version of these airports which are (were) available as separate files. It is a major update/improvement with more detail plus improvements to Warrnambool recently added in the real world. Surrounding scenery modified to match real life. Local obstacles (towers etc) added. Included are AI traffic files for all 3 airports + YHML Hamilton nearby. Recommend installing the excellent YHML Hamilton (by Anthony Lynch). File Description:
Bacchus Marsh Airfield is located approx 40km WNW of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It was never included in the original FSX.
This package incorporates a choice of blending into either the fsx default landscape or the Orbx AU landscape. This airport has been modeled from photographs freely available off the internet.
A folder is enclosed to give comparisons of detail at ground level. In Display Settings, set texture resolution as desired.
All hangars are my generic ones and chosen for similarity in shape, colour and size to the real ones on the ground. The package includes about 100 FSDS custom made scenery objects ranging from hangars to ground litter and many in
between, useful for also installing in other rural airports via a scenery editor. It includes some grass and tussocks vegetation to help give the visual of a rural airfield.
