This is Grise Fiord a beautiful small airport in Nunavut, Canada. I hand placed every single object and re-positioned the runway, aprons and parking spaces too make it 99.9% accurate! This scenery features Grise Fiord Airport and Grise Fiord village, with a static First Air ATR-72-300. As well as that, I included a video showing you how to land at the airport without crashing (easier said than done!) I hope you have lots of fun with this airport and expect high quality freeware scenery in the future-Ols. Requires UTX Canada

| CYOW Ottawa, Canada SUMMER 2010 RELEASE UPDATE |

File Description:
This release corrects almost all issues brought to my attention in the first release of May 2nd 2010.
You will still find a few unpainted models and such, but the airport is now fully funtional for AI.
Xwind runways were not added. Anyone wishing a copy of a Xwind version, let me know, it is currently being developed.
This is it for the summer, look forward to an update and a few more airports in the Ottawa area in the fall.

During the spring and fall when the ice roads are not passable and the waterways cannot be used these Northern airports are vital to get the essential into Northern communities. Buffalo Airways is a great user of this airport for moving freight and passengers as well as operating a fleet of fire fighting tankers.
