| Lockheed Martin F-35A RNLAF "Orange Jumper" |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
Lockheed Martin F-35A for FSX by Dino Cattaneo in (yet fictional) RNLAF livery. My fifth paint resembles a future 323 Sqn Flight Test livery, located at Leeuwarden AB, The Netherlands. The Leeuwarden based "Orange Jumper" aircraft (currently a F-16BM) is a flight test vehicle that is designed to test the aircraft type in all conditions the RNLAF can encounter, and with all weapons, sensors, systems and updates related. These tests are performed in close co-operation with the Dutch National Aerospace Laboratory (NLR). You need the excellent payware Lockheed Martin F-35A by Dino Cattaneo in order to use this repaint. Enjoy!

| Consolidated PBY Catalina #47002 Swedish Air Force |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the Aerosoft PBY Catalina. Represented is #47002, one of three PBY5A Canso's that were purchased by the Swedish Air Force in 1947. #47002 was involved in the 'Catalina Affair' in 1952. On 16 june 1952, it was on a search and rescue mission between Gotland and Estonia, looking for a DC-3 that had disappeared three days earlier, when it was attacked and shot down by a Russian Mig-15. The russians claimed the (unarmed) Catalina had fired first. Only in recent years did the russians admit they were responsible for this incident, as well as for shooting down the DC-3. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the Aerosoft paintkit.
