File Description:
Junkers' produced a design study in 1924 for a visit to the United States. The study outlined a four-engined 80-passenger plane, incorporating a forward canard wing, as well as a main wing, both of which were fitted above twin pylons. Called the Junkers J.1000 Super Duck, passenger seating was to be provided both in the main wing and the hull sections of the craft. This Junkers design was intended to demonstrate an aircraft capable of trans-Atlantic operations of 8 to 10 hours and was completely revolutionary for its day.

| Heinkel P-1079A Jet Nightfighter |

Heinkel P-1079, a new twin-jet fighter project of the Heinkel Aircraft Construction Corp. was designed in five variations, all under the same designation.
The first of these advanced designs, the Heinkel P-1078A was basically developed as a two-seated nightfighter. The pilot and the gunner/navigator were sitting in tandem position. The wings were swept back 35 degrees, mounted to mid-fuselage. The tail had a V-shaped rudder. The armament were three Rheinmetall-Borsig MK 108 30mm cannons in the nose and 24 R4-M 'Orkan' high explosive rockets on two racks mounted under the wings. Another feature of armament was the so-called 'schraege musik' with four upward-firing 20 mm Mauser MG 151/20 autocannons, mounted in the back of the aircraft. Therefore, the nightfighter had to approach and attack bombers from below, guided into position by commands from the navigator.
The aircraft should be equipped with the new FUG 228 radar unit. This sophisticated radar would have empowered the aircraft with an almost all-weather ability.
The engines were located in the wing roots. This version should be fitted with two Junkers Jumo 004D turbojet engines with two-stage fuel injector, each with 8.8 kN of power.
The Max. speed was about Mach 0.89 = 950kph, the range about 1079.22nm = 1241.9 sm = 2000 km and the max. Service Ceiling up to 51,000 ft = 15,545m

FSX Aircraft - The Convair 600 is a conversion from a Convair 240 aircraft with the original piston engines replaced with Rolls-Royce Dart turboprop engines. The CV-600 first flew with Central Airlines on 30 November 1965. The CV-600 aircraft that flew with Air Metro Airways was configured as a forty passenger airliner. The Airbus A320 family is a family of short- to medium-range, narrow body, commercial passenger jet airliners manufactured by Airbus. The family includes the A318, A319, A320, and A321. The first member of the A320 family, the A320, was launched in March 1984, first flew on 22 February 1987, and was first delivered in 1988. The family was soon extended to include the A321 (first delivered 1994), the A319 (1996), and the A318 (2003). The A320 family pioneered the use of digital fly-by-wire flight control systems in commercial aircraft. Although there has been a continuous improvement process since introduction, currently the A320 Enhanced programme includes greater improvements. The Airbus A320 family has over 4,300 aircraft built and an additional 2,300 aircraft on order as of March 2010. According to Airbus, it ranked as the world's fastest-selling jet airliner family according to records from 2005 to 2007, and as the best-selling single generation aircraft programme. File Description:
This presentation of the venerable Mike Stone aircraft is intended as a complimentary FSX update to the Blue Crown Airways package found online. Texture files have all been made uniform (DXT3), with some of them having been processed through the Blue Crown paint kit, for added detail. Some liveries also had flaws corrected. Many of these files were given more realistic engine textures, as well. Prop textures are .dds, so FS9 users looking to use these texture files will need to grab a .bmp texture from another texture file, in order for the prop to display correctly, when moving. A custom panel and soundset are also here. The only thing missing is a VC, due to limitations of the model.

The Atos VR is the all out highest performer,of a series of rigid wing hang gliders manufactured by Aeronautic Innovation Ruhle (A-I-R). Built for the serious XC and/or competition pilot it is a 13.3:1 aspect ratio super ship with a 45ft wingspan that is as easy to foot launch as any flex wing, but with a performance that is in a different league.
This model made with g-Max has aircraft animations and an all singing and dancing pilot that runs during landing and take-off, transfers his position to prone and weight shifts to control the glider. The wing structure is visible through the translucent fabric covering , and the compound flight instrument is custom built. For FSX and FS2004
