File Description:
This was a DEW line Auxiliary Station on Jenny Lind Island; the island is about 14 miles by 12 miles and off the southeast corner of Victoria Island, 85 miles east of Cambridge Bay. The station was closed in 1992 but is still there as "closed" meant "shut the door and walk away". There has been some later removal of diesel tanks and other polluting items but the buildings are still intact, and the runway is 4,470 feet of gravel 150' wide. At the western end there is an apron and a large hangar. There are of course no lights, signage, or windsock. A North Warning System station was built in 1990, 6 miles inland to the northwest of the runway. This has a shorter (1,400'?) gravel runway (and named CWJX here).

File Description:
This was a DEW line I Station on Hat Island; the island is around 4 miles square and just under 50 miles southeast of Jenny Lind Island. The station was closed in 1963 and has now been totally dismantled and removed, a fairly easy task given the size. The runway is still there and is a shade over 3,000 feet of gravel 100' wide. There are no lights, signage, or windsock. A North Warning System station was built in 1991 on the site of the I Station, just north of the runway. Most of these DEW line stations are not particularly impressive or even interesting. However, you can bet that any pilot flying regularly in the north along the coast knows where all these runways are, in case one of them suddenly becomes his favourite in the whole world just after the sudden silence.

File Description:
This is a retro scenery covering the late 50s early 60s with Civil, USAF and ANG aircraft stationed there during this period which is my interest. DeltaDart has provided period Squadron Textures for most of the aircraft included in this scenery including the F89 Scorpion, F-86L SabreDogs, and the F-102 Delta Dagger. Individual traffic files included for 1955, 1957. 1959 and 1962, all with various aircraft from each covered year. This scenery is meant to be used in the Calclassic environment by Tom Gibson and the Calclassic community though it will work on its own. By Al Von Pingel.

File Description:
I did this Scenery to add P.A. Air National Guard traffic as well as some USAF traffic from the period this scenery covers. This is an Addon to the great "KPIT Pittsburg 1962" scenery by Mike Stevens, Nick Botamer, and Tom Gibson. With Tom Gibson's permission, this is the whole scenery. DeltaDart has provided Squadron Textures for most of the aircraft included in this scenery including the F-84F Thunderstreak, F-86L SabreDogs, and the F-102 Delta Dagger. Individual traffic files included for 1957. 1959 and 1962, all with various aircraft from each covered year. Amarillo had a default outdated scenery was horrible. I updated the scenery to improve and also a new terminal with jetways. It was difficult to position jetways with a low laying surface but I made it. It looks good to go. Enjoy your flight.

*** This is an updated version with fixes and instructions for locating some of the ai aircraft needed.***
Imeson Field, as it was also known, has been long closed down and replaced by the Jacksonville International airport (KJAX) in 1968. This scenery will bring back Imeson Field (and remove KJAX) to its glory days of the 1950s and 1960s with traffic files to match. Dan French has provided custom terminals, hangars and buildings for this project and Deltadart has provided many custom Military aircraft textures covering the many aircraft types employeed by the 159th FIS Forida Air National Guard during this period. This scenery is meant to work with the Calclassic retro environment by Tom Gibson and the Calclassic community.
