Caribbean & Central America Vol. 1

File Description:
Volume 1 in a series of AFCAD updates for the Caribbean and Central America. Includes Providenciales (MBPV), Belize (MZBZ), Montego Bay (MKJS), Liberia (MRLB), Grand Cayman (MWCR), Santiago (MDST), Nassau (MYNN), and Port-au-Prince (MTPP). For those of you with my older versions of some of these airport please override as there are new enhancements to those airports. Like with any program there's always a learning curve and you are always learning new things, I've been able to update several of my first AFCADS. All gates have airline assignments that are generally accurate and gate numbering that is generally accuarate. It's always much easier to do AFCADS for large airports in the US, Canada, etc since they tend to have airport websites and more reference material available. Alot of these smaller airports in the Caribbean and such do not have much material available so most of it has to either be from memory, the little material available and a bit of intelligent guessing. Having said that this is, of course, 10x better then the default.

Sand Island

File Description:
Here is an AFCAD2 file for Sand Island in the Pacific. This airport is situated in the pacific ocean to the west of Midway Island. The runway has been slightly extended and now has lighting. Parking for aircraft upto Dash 8 size has also been added. This airport is only a short hop from Midway Island. This package includes voicepack updates for the airport. This is for the default FS2004 scenery. I highly recommend you download my Midway Island AFCAD2 package also (LB_PMDY.zip) as it contains traffic for Sand Island and Midway Island.

Ford Island

File Description:
Here is an AFCAD file for Ford Island airport, Honolulu. This airfield is situated in the middle of pearl harbour and I have 'rebuilt' it as a 'STOL port'. The runway has been slightly extended, parking for aircraft upto CRJ size has been added. This makes an ideal commuter airport for Honolulu. Full runway and approach lighting is also added. Also includes a traffic file and voicepack updates for the airport. For default scenery only.

Guam Int´l Airport (GUM/PGUM)

File Description:
An AFCAD2 File for Guam-Antonio BWon Pat Int´l Airport (GUM/PGUM). The airport is 6,199 miles from the U.S. West Coast and 1,584 miles from Osaka, Japan. The entire airport area has been completely reconfigured with more apron space, more gates, new taxiways and lots of GA parking. Airline Gate allocations are also included based on published airline schedules. Bonus files in this pack include GA and Cargo AI traffic. Johnston Atoll (PJON)

Here is an AFCAD file for Johnston Atoll in the Pacific. This airport is situated in the pacific ocean, west of Hawaii. The runway has been slightly extended, parking for aircraft upto B747/A340 size has also been added. This makes an ideal pacific stopover or diversion airport.
