File Description: This repaint is for the A2A Wings of Power III Spitfire MkIa representing the MkIa flown by Flying Officer C D Milne. --------- On 22nd (or 25th) April 1940, while flying reconnaissance south of Stuttgart. F/O C D Milne was intercepted and shot down by six Bf109Es of II./JG 51 approaching unseen from behind. After bailing out, F/O C D Milne was captured and became a PoW. The kill was accredited to Oberfeldwebel Johann Illner, who himself was shot down and made a PoW on 5th November 1940.
