Vol!Edit is a tool for Fly! and Fly!II to edit, create and modify DEX files. You can have visualise the contains of files as Airport, Navaid, ILS, Com, Runway, Waypoint. With VolEdit you do not need to use Podview and do not need to extract files from POD to create DEX.
