Editvoicepack ATC Phraseology Modifications Set 5

Five simple changes via EditVoicePack to the default FSX ATC. They all add the aircraft's altitude when aircraft initially contacts tower on approach. Install with EditVoicePack 4.0 (see here if you need information on how to do this: http://www.editvoicepack.com/).
