QualityWings Ultimate 146 Collection repaint. Alitalia Express was established in 1996 as regional vector for short and medium haul routes where occupancy levels required for small aircraft. Operated also "feeder" flights, the main hubof Fiumicino (LIRF) thas was, by the time, the main company hub. This was the current livery in 1998 of EI-CNK, named "Lazio".
