Night Layer Textures for David Johnson's Mid East Jet B767-200ER Version 2, and the UAE Amiri Flight B767-300ER, just because the Gremlins struck and the wrong night layers were included in the original packages. Also adds new aircraft.cfgs with nose lighting effects.
