File Description: Manda Airport (HKLU) is located on Manda Island, Lamu District, Coast Province, in the Lamu Archipelago on the western shores of the Indian Ocean, on the Kenya coast. The airstrip has recently been update with a new terminal building and extended runway. Airport does not handle international flights all formalities must be done at Jomo Kenyatta - Nairobi, Mombasa or Malindi before flying into Manda. This is unmanned airstrip where pilots have to coordinate among themselves while airborne, for safety purposes. Airport facilities Close at 16:00 UTC. Photo-real background will be added at a later stage for the whole island.
