File Description: Lynn Farnsworth built, with the help of with Andy Chiavetta of Aerochia, a Lancair Legacy for racing in the Sport Class at the Reno air races. He had hoped to have it ready to go in 2004, but it wasn't ready until after the race was over. It's modeled after Darryl Greenamyers race plane. N23LF, aka 'Miss Karen II', has a modified TSIO-550 engine and twin turbochargers. The first 'Miss Karen' flown by Lynn, was a F-100 Misty FAC at Phan Rang AB, RVN. Karen, wouldn't you know, is Lynn's wife. Another case of 'name you plane after your wife and you get to keep it!' :-) Google Lt Col. Lynn Farnsworth, he's a heck of a guy! I trust you all have a paid for copy of RealAir's Lancair Legacy. If not, people will be round to see you!
