File Description: The graceful Lockheed Constellation was SAA's first pressurised airliner. Four were put into service in 1950 on the routes to Europe. The constellations were later relegated to internal and regional services and were sold in 1964. ZS-DBS c/n 2630 named "Johannesburg" was delivered June 1950 and sold to ACE Freighters in 1964.
