Airbus A400M military transport - Reworked and added views

File Description: Reworked and additionnal views ( defined by camera definitions in the aircraft.cfg file ) for the "Airbus Military A 400 M Transporter (updated)" package. Model by Patrick Le Luyer, radar, maps, hud and tcas gauges by Dietmar Loleit, fixes by Chris Evans. 7 cameras pointing at the aircraft, 2 chase views and 1 "Top of tail cam" See Read me.txt file for very easy installation procedures. Also included is a text file that contains the new camera definitions. Enjoy !
