File Description: This is repaint of TBF-1C avenger of VT-51 flown by LT(jg). George H.W. Bush. During Bonin islands operation LT(jg). Bush flown his aircraft 'Barbara II' on bombing mission. Eventually shot down by Japanese Anti Aircraft Artillery. The repaint shows the exact aircraft that he flown over Chichijima. 'X3' of Torpedo Squadron 51. 'Ginny' written under Gun turret was name of Tail gunner's girl friend. Also you might be able to find Lt(jg). Bush's fiance Barbara Pierce at your virtual Cockpit. You'll need MAAM-sim TBM/TBF Avenger to use this repaint.
