Doha Qatar 2011 Update

File Description:
These files are for Doha, Qatar as it will look in 2011. This is an update from my previous upload. You will need to download qatar_2011.zip from AVSIM for the files not updates. I have added shorelines to the Landclass file. You can use the original OTBD or replace it with the new one. All other files remain the same. These files are FSX and don't work with FS9, as far as I know.
