Engine pylons texture fix for the ERJ145LR

File Description:
FSX ‘out of the box’ and SP1 patch will display engine pylons in black color, SP2 will make them transparent. This texture file was made for the ERJ 1.2.6 version, and will look acceptable with any white fuselage paint. The texture itself is mirrored for both sides, upper and lower pylon surfaces, so it only contains a bit shadowing.
