You must have installed his textures kit Outer Terrain Textures - Final Version http://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=152703 before using this file and all 26 textures must be defined in the rules.txt of your fu3 game also. For the full OT area you will need part B and C also and if you want expand the area to the north then use my kit Outer terrain north expansion http://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=140919
