MeatWater WOAI DXT1 Patcher v1.1

File Description:
This patcher will update your WOAI fleet with textures converted to DXT1 format (no mips) which can significantly improve your systems performance, especially on slower machines. Prop and Night textures will not be modified as they don't work well as DXT1 files. Note that this is NOT an official WOAI release. Conversion is done using the Microsoft gadget "imagetool", which is also included. IMPORTANT: This patcher will work ONLY with the official WOAI packages! Do NOT try to use it with other packages as it might delete and/or convert files that should not be touched!
