File Description: Boeing B-52 Stratofortress (Part 6). The B-52 first flew in 1952, the last one was built in 1961, and there are still over 90 of the original 744 airframes either in front-line service or in a ready-reserve status. With extensive avionics upgrades starting this year, the USAF plans on using the B-52s until 2045, 93 years after first flight. The aircraft has an impressive resume, having served in five shooting wars and was the backbone of Strategic Air Command's nuclear deterrent air component during almost forty years of Cold War service.
Jake Burrus started this AI traffic model a couple of years ago, and I was honored to pick up the project and get it across the finish line, with no small amount of help from Mike MacIntyre, as usual. This is a 7-LOD AI traffic model representing the Stratofortress in all of its operational service. This is part 6, showcasing the early-period B-52H from 1960 to 1973, prior to EVS, and including a total of 44 repaints. Also included are optional models for VFR traffic use. Aircraft model by Jake Burrus and Mike Pearson, master textures and repaints by Mike Pearson, flight dynamics by Mike MacIntyre. Please read the extensive documentation contained in the file.

File Description: Boeing B-52 Stratofortress (Service Pack 2). This file corrects a significant XML issue with my JMAI B-52 model sets included in parts 9, 10, 11, and 12. I had re-arranged some of my XML code files and accidentally came up with a file that was missing some XML command lines for some of the animations for the aforementioned packages. There is also a texture update for the part 12 package. To sweeten the pain of this update (on my part, lol), I have thrown in some additional models, to include bonus loadouts and a couple of new model variants based upon this aircraft. Aircraft model by Jake Burrus and Mike Pearson, master textures and repaints by Mike Pearson, flight dynamics by Mike MacIntyre. Please read the documentation contained in the file.

File Description: Boeing B-52 Stratofortress Service Pack 3a. This is the last planned service pack for my JMAI B-52 AI traffic model set, and is released in three parts. This service pack optimizes the #1 texture for all JMAI B-52s released to date on AVSIM. The reason for this update was a batch conversion error in my macro, which I did not figure out until while doing my Tu-95 series models, and I included a more detailed explanation in the documentation. There are three parts to this update, which address the 564 retro B-52 paints I released to AVSIM in 12 parts. A list of updated files is also included in the documentation. Aircraft by Jake Burrus/Mike Pearson, flight dynamics by Mike MacIntyre. Please read included documentation.

File Description: Boeing B-52G Stratofortress Texture Update. This is an extensive texture update for my B-52 AI traffic model, parts 4 and 5 for the B-52G, which are required downloads for use of this update. The update fixes some issues I discovered while doing the B-52H paints for an upcoming release, and this update will fix the Gs to match the Hs in serial placement and camouflage schemes. Model and textures by Jake Burrus and Mike Pearson.

File Description: Tupolev Tu-142 Bear. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this cold warrior of military history, which still soldiers on as a capable maritime reconnaissance aircraft. The mighty Bear-Foxtrot, with around 100 built, evolved from the Tu-95 Bear bomber, and is arguably the fastest (and loudest) turboprop aircraft in history. A simple no-frills turboprop design combined with a heavy payload and ridiculous airborne endurance (20+ hours); and the Bear has established itself as the iconic Soviet/Russian symbol of strategic force projection, easily the counterpart to the American B-52 Stratofortress. An original 9-LOD model brings this historic beast to the flightsim world. This package contains the maritime Bears, to include Tu-142, Tu-142M, Tu-142MK, Tu-142MK-E (India), Tu-142MR, and Tu-142MZ; with a total of 6 models and 32 repaints. Original aircraft model and textures by Michael Pearson, flight dynamics by Michael MacIntyre. Please read included documentation.
