File Description: This file will upgrade my ELVA Boeing 777 Pack to version 3. Version 3 includes some major and minor updates. It also adds new features: Heat Haze (shimmer) effects plus smoke effects by Martyn Becker, Reverser Spray Effects by Edward Cox and Takeoff Spray effects by Dennis Franke. I have also created a low spec system option so that low spec users can use my boeing packages but with less features. See the readme file for more details.
