Autotrees (automatic autogen file creation) beta v0.1 ZipDive!  Download

File Description:
Autotrees was created to automatically write any number of autogen files. It will only produce files containing trees, and I can't see a way to produce buildings the same way. It was written using UK VFR Photographic Scenery as a testbed, but should work with any photoreal ground textures. The accuracy of the output is very much dependant on the quality of the texture files used. The included jpegs are all "untouched" taken after a couple of seconds running Autotrees. Autotrees can produce over 120 files per minute on an AMD 2.0 Ghz computer. Thats over a million trees an hour; how's that for global offsetting!

Parking SS FS9 scenery objects and textures ZipDive!  Download

File Description:
This collection of objects and textures gives you three different ways to easily create parking lot areas in FS9: * Photoreal parking textures. Great for quickly creating large parking areas that look very realistic from above, but not so good from ground level. These textures can be used in two different ways: 1. FS9 scenery library objects. These are large square or rectangular objects that can be placed using Instant Scenery, EZ-Scenery and similar programs. These will give the most realistic appearance. 2. AFCAD textures. By replacing some of the FS9 taxiway/apron textures with these textures, you can easily create parking areas using AFCAD. Because of the way FS9 uses these textures, the results are not as realistic as with the scenery library objects. The main advantage of using AFCAD is that you can create parking areas of any irregular shape. * Ground marking and divider scenery library objects. These will give you parking areas that look the most detailed and realistic at ground level. Looks great combined with vehicle objects. PLEASE NOTE: The ground markings have some height to them that is very noticeable up close. I made them this way so they will not appear to "shimmer" in FS9. For best appearance, sink them into the ground a bit when placing them in FS9. I find that -.015 meters works well.

TCalc2004 ZipDive!  Download

File Description:
UpDated!! TCalc2004 is made for use with FDSConnection.dll ( included ) and FS2004. This is a version that includes true heading readings and ground elevation. This version also has the LOD8 Zone for VTP2 for the VTPDataArea. It also has info regarding the name of the likely default BGLs. It gives the name of the CUSTOM ( photoreal ) texture and it's neighbors. It gives the x, y locaton of the QMID7... for quick jumping in TMFViewer. It requires FDSConnection.dll be copied to the FS9 Modules folder. FDSConnection.dll is included in the package courtesy of Michael De Feyter and www.flightdecksoftware.com, and is freeware. FDSConnection.pdf is also included. LandCalc.exe, TDFCalc2.exe, and TMFViewerCalc.exe are also included. A VTP2CUSTOM example of placing CUSTOM textures is also included. Updated with a new FDSConnection version, and an "on top" version that always stays on top. Small bug corrections, as well.

TDFCalc2004 (Version 3) ZipDive!  Download

File Description:
This package is for FS2004 and FS2002 terrain designers. TDFCalc2004 is made for use with FSUIPC and FS2004. This is a version that includes true heading readings, and LOD8 Zone coordinates for VTP2 lines and polys. It is an FSUIPC registered freeware program that requires version 3.? of FSUIPC.dll installed to the FS2004 Module folder. FSUIPC is avaliable on the internet, and this program requires an application registration entered within FSUIPC. Usage with FS2002 or CFS2 requires no registration with the older versions of FSUIPC. LandCalc and TDFCalc2 are small programs which require the input of Latitude and Longitude, in 'DD:MM.decimal' format. Landcalc returns the names of the "CUSTOM" textures required by photoreal ( CUSTOM ) BGLs, and LandClass BGLs ( using values #253 or #252 ). TDFCalc2 returns valuable information concerning the X, Y coordinates needed for the creation of LWM and VTP polygons/lines. TMFViewerCalc requires input as Decimal Degrees.
