File Description: Having trouble finding the Hollywood sign which is half buried in the Terrian Mesh, when overflying the Hollywood Hills area of BurbankLos Angeles, well not any longer. I have made a flatten BGL file so that the HOLLYWOOD Sign is now raised up and fully exposed. Also, I have added a NDB to the Burbank airport AFCAD file which puts an NDB right beside the Hollywood sign so now you can find the sign from any direction.

File Description: Highly detailed terrain mesh of the Namcha Barwa area, N29°-31° E94°-96°. The files in this package are based on Shuttle Radar (SRTM) Version 2 data but with many of the void areas, especially the most significant sections, filled with elevation data generated from topographic maps by Jonathan de Ferranti. While Jonathan's work is unrelated to flight simulation he kindly gave me permission to compile his data for use in FS. The result is a wonderful improvement in detail and accuracy over any existing mesh file, freeware or commercial, based on SRTM or DTED data alone. Due to the large area of the Himalayas I've compiled the source data as two separate series: the "Himalayan Peaks" series covers prominent mountains and ranges in higher detail and locally overrides any existing LOD9 terrain mesh. In addition, a LOD9 "base mesh" series covering the entire Himalayas will be available for those who do not yet have an add-on terrain mesh of these beautiful mountains.

File Description: This sequel to the 2009 Kigali Intl (HRYR) Rwanda scenery (by Jacques Botha and Frits Beyer) brings it up to date with the current layout and enables full compliance with FTX Global/Vector and FSX. Buildings are added and adjusted to their real-world locations, and the new taxiway and south apron are added according to the May 2016 satellite imagery. In addition to real-world gate locations, custom apron markings are added along with apron lighting. The landclass around Kigali is also updated, and SRTMGL1 (30m) mesh is included. This scenery can be complemented by the Goma (FZNA) and Gisenyi (HRYG) scenery (FSX_FZNA-HRYG_CS.zip), and GA flightplans are included to supplement the commercial traffic at Kigali and provide more activity at FZNA and HRYG.
Updates were created or rebuilt in a manner which carefully aligns airport data with current satellite imagery. Scenery was created using Airport Design Editor X v1.70.6042, SBuilderX 3.13, and the FSX Object Placement Tool. Scenery objects were added and modified from stock FSX scenery to resemble as closely as possible the actual airports. The FSX apron lights included are from the set created by Jim Dhaenens.
