File Description: Canada Wings Beech C90 AI Aircraft and Traffic for FS2004.
Canada Wings (a consortium lead by Kelowna Flightcraft Ltd. of Kelowna, British Columbia, previously known as Allied Wings), provides the Canadian Forces multi-engine training at Southport (CFB Portage la Prairie) Manitoba. Canada Wings operates seven Hawker Beechcraft King Air C90B in this role. This package contains updated repaints of Henry Tomkiewicz's AI King Air C90 for each of the seven aircraft. The aircraft now carry military roundels and the Canada Wings "Contracted Flying Training and Support" (CFTS) logo. Also include in this package is a fictional traffic plan. Note this set of updated textures and flight plans is meant to replace my original March 2006 Allied Wings Beech 90 package.

File Description: This is an expanded version of a previous post a year ago, and stretches from east of Quebec City through Quebec, Ontario, and Manitoba, and now also through Saskatchewan, and into Alberta (past Calgary). There is also a northern area roughly centered on Hudson Bay. The exact coverages are given in the notes. All rivers and lakes within the area will "freeze" and allow ski planes to land, or even wheeled planes come to that. And it is not permanent, when you want to go back to floats just "untick" it in the FS library, and it will melt. The area covered crosses into the US too, down to around 45 degrees north, so that means most of Montana, all of North Dakota, half of Minnesota, and some of Wisconsin, Michigan etc. It seemed silly to stop at the border. Ultimate Terrain is highly recommended, so that there will actually be the right lakes and rivers ready to freeze.

File Description: This is a repaint of Henry Tomkiewicz's excellent Beechcraft King Air C90 for AI. The Canadian Aviation Training Centre (CATC) is located at Southport Manitoba (Canadian Forces Base Portage la Prairie)and from 1992 to September 2005 was operated by Bombardier. Bombardier was contracted to conduct Canadian Forces multi-engine flying and flying instruction training with the King Air. Individual aircraft registrations or fleet numbers have not been included in this repaint so the aircraft can be used more as a general representation of the fleet in any AI flight plans.

File Description: CJT3 is a small airstrip in Northern Manitoba, Canada, that serves an exclusive fishing lodge (http://northstarresort.ca). The real airport is little more than a gravel strip and a gravel apron with perhaps some fuel tanks. For that reason, the scenery is very basic as well, but it is still helpful since CJT3 is not included in MSFS 2020 so far.

File Description: This greatly modifies my previous (2009) post of Dryden; this version has bespoke buildings and is stand-alone and does not require you to have the previous post. There will also be follow-up posts of Sioux Lookout and Geraldton. Dryden is in northern Ontario, 110 miles east of the Manitoba border, 40 miles west of Sioux Lookout, and with the US border 90 miles to the south. The town is on the northern shore of Wabigoon Lake and has a population of around 7,800. The main business is pulp and paper, along with agriculture, tourism, and mining. The airport is 5 miles northeast of the town.
Dryden Regional has 6,000' of asphalt which in FS9 is aligned 11-29. The second runway is compacted sand 2,000' long and aligned 05-23. There are two aprons, the western being for the terminal building and some ga parking, and the eastern larger and used in the summer for parking fire fighting planes, along with maintenance hangarage and accomodation etc. The Ontario Fire Service planes were included with my original Geraldton post and are included here again; they fly back and forth and keep Dryden busy along with several Bearskin Airlines and Perimeter Aviation flights.
