File Description: As most know the Approach and Final (VMC) for AI Traffic in FS9 is a straight in type landing and does not always consider high terrain at airports. This is do to the way that the coding is written in FS9 and it puts limits on IFR arriving aircraft. If you open runways at certain airports the AI Traffic will fly directly through a mountain once it is established on Final for a runway. What you will see with my file is a different type approach used for the way I control AI Traffic in FS9. No longer do the AI Planes use a straight in approach when landing to the west at PHNL. My new AI Aircraft Approach coding for FS9 now uses a base leg approach so AI Traffic does not fly through the mountains. The Honolulu Control Tower will clear all AI Traffic (IFR FP) landing either on 26L and 26R as a straight in landing even though the offset to final is 30 degrees from the runway center line. The Control Tower will instruct the AI Planes landing on either 22L or 22R to fly a left base leg which is greater then a 45 degree offset and then the AI Planes will turn on a short 1.5 mile final. The left base approach to 22L and 22R runways is a 65 degree offset from the runway center line. My testing shows excellent behavior of the FS9 default models, PAI models and the Aardvark planes of all sizes to execute this new type of visual approach that I am now writting code for which supersedes the FS9 default straight in ATC hard code approach. Read the text file for all the default scenery enhancements (plus Jetways) added to PHNL along with a full understanding of how the new Approaches work *** 3rd Party Scenery Designers Special APProach bgl and a FS2004 Default Scenery AFCAD included ***

File Description: As most know initiating the ILS at certain airports for AI Traffic is not a function at this time when using AFCAD2. If you add a new ILS runway to an airport such as KATL (10/28) only the user aircraft can use this runway when visibility falls below 3 miles. ATC will no longer use this runway for AI Traffic because FS9 sees it as a visual runway. This will cause ATC to vector your AI Traffic back to 9R/27L which is also a South Cargo/Ramp Departure Runway. There are many additional Scenery Buildings, 274 Jetways and new Terminals (as per current Contractor plans) added to version 1.0. See the readme.txt file for additional details.

File Description: As most know initiating the ILS at certain airports for AI Traffic is not a function at this time when using AFCAD2. If you add a new ILS runway to an airport such as KMSP (17/35) only the user aircraft can use this runway when visibility falls below 3 miles. ATC will no longer use this runway for AI Traffic because FS9 sees it as a visual runway. Version 1.1 updates many additional Scenery Buildings, Jetways and new Terminals (as per current Jeppesen Charts). See the readme.txt file for additional details. AFCAD also included.

File Description: This is a complete enhancement of Albuquerque International Sunport. The main terminal
building and jetways is borrowed courtesy of Charlie Kleissler from his 2004 rendition of the field. All other aspects have been re-created by FRF Studio. There is a new FBO and GA area as well as an all new cargo terminal. There is also a brand new AFCAD which
reflects recent developments at ABQ including the closure of runway 17/35. All parking is correct per internet research. Enjoy.

File Description: Amarillo had a default outdated scenery was horrible. I updated the scenery to improve and also a new terminal with jetways. It was difficult to position jetways with a low laying surface but I made it. It looks good to go. Enjoy your flight.

File Description: Scenery enhancement for Anchorage Int'l Airport (PANC). Adds Terminal C, made to look as close to real as possible given the tools we had. Replaces all the default jetways with more realistic ones. Replaces stock buildings with hangars and buildings that more closely resemble the real thing. Redoes the AFCAD for proper parking and ramp shape. This scenery makes extensive use of the EZ Scenery libraries and Rwy12 libraries listed in the "Required Library Files Lists" folder. (This was originally just a re-upload of the original file, but we realized (3 years later) that we forgot to include Jim Vile's PANC_ILS files tht he'd permitted us to use. That's been fixed. So most of this scenery is the original, but includes Jim's work as well. ALSO, as we'll be viewing the recent terminal upgrades in late May of 2010, there may be an update coming out soon after.)

File Description: Green Bay: Home of the Packers and the gateway to Door County, Wisconsin. Austin Straubel International Airport (KGRB) is one of Wisconsin's busiest airports and sees plenty of GA, corporate, and football charter traffic, in addition to scheduled service on six (soon to be seven) airlines. Includes new terminal, jetways, FBOs, and hangars, created from scenery library objects; placement is based on airport diagrams and photographs. Scenery uses EZ-Scenery and RWY12 object libraries; see readme for required files. No custom models were created for this scenery. UPDATE: Readme now includes final object library that had been missing and is required for terminal to display properly.
