File Description: Since I uploaded the 777 callouts (777_callouts.zip), I've received emails asking if I could include callouts for the other altitudes, so here thery are.
In this complete package, you'll find all the sounds in the earlier pack, as well as callouts for 2500ft, 1000ft, 500ft, approaching minimums, and minimums-the whole deal :-)
This is an optional package. You do not need this if you've already downloaded the earlier one. I included the extra callouts just to make the set complete in case anyone wants to design a callout gauge.

File Description: I sat down and built a gauge that does just that: it provides altitude callouts from 1.000ft down to ten, however not a computerized voice but a normal voice that sounds as you would hear it over the intercom. Your virtual PNF will make altitude callouts beginning with 1.000ft, then 500, 400...100, 50, 40...10
The callouts will not sound during climbout! The gauge is activated once the aircraft has reached an altitude of 1.500ft AGL.
It can be used with any aircraft!

File Description: Reduced Volume FPDA Altitude Callouts. This is a set of altitude callouts (400 to 10 feet) which have been re-recorded at 10 decibels less than the original callout .wav files. They are designed to be used with altitude_callout.zip which is available here at Avsim.com. These reduced volume .wavs will bring the altitude callouts more in line with other sounds you hear while flying and upon approach. Please unzip (using folders option) to a temporary folder and follow the simple installation instructions. Compiled for your flying enjoyment by David "Opa" Marshall.
