File Description: On a cold March 2nd, 2000, professional commercial pilot H.G. Schmid took off from Zurich at 11:00 AM local time and so began the first stage of his first of two consecutive circumnavigations of the globe by a light aircraft. This flight was eastwards and on his return to Zurich at the end of the month, Georg took off on the westward circumnavigation. The aircraft used on these adventures was the Rutan-designed "Long-EZ", a variation of the "Vari-EZ". Each day is a separate stage and therefore there is a separate flight for each day, named accordingly. (Some days have two stages). There is a total of nineteen (19) flights. Model of the Rutan is by Olivier Marechal and available from Avsim.com or FlightSim.com. Search for either Olivier's name or the file name, HBYCT_V1.zip. There is also an update, HBYCT_P1.zip.

File Description: FSX Aircraft-The Beechcraft Starship version 5.1. Beech was looking for a new generation of corporate transports. They looked to Burt Rutan's Scaled Composites Inc. to design and produce the SCAT1, an 85% scale technology demonstrator of a conard-configured aircraft. Successing in testing led to the Model 2000 Starship 1. The first of 3 flying pre-production Starship 1s flew on Feburary 15, 1986. After flying and statice tests, the first production machine flew on April 25, 1989. Created with FSDS 2.10. This model features reflective textures. This FS9 model has been modified to work in FSX. File Description: This remote former World War II desert airfield has developed some very interesting and unusual features. It is a center for civilian aviation R&D, a major aircraft storage and scrap yard (possibly the largest nonmilitary one in the country), a busy film site, and is the home of the National Test Pilot School, the largest civilian test pilot school in the world. Also located here is Burt Rutan's Scaled Composites company, where many innovative aircraft designs have been conceived and constructed. Mojave Airport is also where many commercial carriers store surplus or otherwise in- limbo airliners. There are currently around 90 airplanes waiting to be sold, repaired or reused here, including several 747s. This file has been designed to work on both FS2004 and FS-X platforms.

File Description: Mojave Spaceport - America's first inland spaceport.
This is, among many others, the home of Burt Rutan's company "Scaled Composites". So this is the right place for flights with White Knight and SpaceShipOne.
