Lockheed JetStar (company designations L-329 and L-1329; designated C-140 in US military service) is a business jet produced from the early 1960s to the 1970s. The JetStar was the first dedicated business jet to enter service, as well as the only such airplane built by Lockheed.

File Description:
FSX and FS2004 Lockheed 9 Orion. The Lockheed Orion was a small, fast commercial transport of wooden construction. A total of 36 Orions of all models were built between 1931 and 1934. Orions were used to set a number of records, and took part in several air races. Included here are four versions in six paint jobs: Varney Speed Lanes, Northwest, American, Swissair, Lineas Aereas Occidentales and Air Express. Varney Speed Lanes was a forerunner of today's Continental Airlines.

| Lockheed Jetstar Prototype |

File Description:
FSX Aircraft - The Lockheed Jetstar was the first business jet. A four-engined aircraft, with several engine models installed, the aircraft was in production from 1957 to 1979. It entered service in early 1961. The first two Jetstars were twin engined airplanes, powered by Bristol Siddeley Orpheus turbojet engines. The second was refitted with the four Pratt & Whitney JT12 engines that were installed on all the first Jetstars. Garrett TFE731 turbofans were installed on later airplanes. A total of 204 Jetstars were built by Lockheed in several models. Military versions flew four U.S. Presidents, carrying the Air Force One designation while they were aboard (some jokingly called it Air Force One Half.) This model represents the first two Jetstars. Lockheed EP-3E for FSX. Two kinds of EP-3E were prepared this time.
P-3C Orion FSX (here) is required in order to use this model.
Two kinds of paint were prepared. This is a native FSX model. However, it is not compatible with DX10. It did not apply the bump mapping. Exterior and painting of this model has been created in more detail than previous work. Especially, the main wing relation (flap and engine nasser, etc.) are the new designs.

This is a HIGH POLY model with detailed exterior and interior. This model exploits the FSX SDK's ability to export Gmax materials, instead of texture mapping but some textures used for detail. Maximum Performance - full envelope, Gauge controlled engine and retro flame effects. Original Lightwave 8.0 mesh and textures by Jason Tinsley and Craig A Clark. Gmax conversion and export for FSX by Bruce Fitzgerald.
