Small utility for global LandClass changes in LWM source file of Ground editor.
Scope: one entire Cell at once.
Functions:
- fill with LandClass
- delete all LandClasses
- delete selected LandClass
- change LandClass
- fill rest of Cell with LandClass (Areas with no LandClass)
