Updated Magnetic variation file (2005) for FS2004

File Description:
This new magdec.bgl file will update FS2004 magnetic variation. New values are based on IGRF-10 values at epox 2005 (world wide). Displayed and calculated Rwy, ILS and procedure headings will now fit the charts data
