UHPP default airport update with Russian Aircraft

This update will get rid of the no landing gear TU-95 Bears and replace with the retired Soviet TU-16 Badger and M-4 Bison along with Russian Helicopters. All Russian parked aircraft. Hope you like. Enjoy and happy flying.
