PMDG 747 QS II v3 EZCA v2 Camera Set

I have been unable to find any EZDok v2 camera sets for the PMDG 747 QS II v3. So, I made one. This is only a 10min job, and to be honest I haven't had much experience with EZCA other than creating cameras. All effects have been disabled since PMDG has already included them with the 747. Feel free to edit this to your liking, just don't re-upload it anywhere without my permission. Any tips and suggestions as to making the camera sets better are appreciated. Thanks.
