File Description:
The Airfield EDVJ Salzgitter Schaeferstuhl is actually a classic gliding field, but also engine aircrafts up to 2t are approved.
The field is situated on a hillside south of the city of Salzgitter in the district Gitter and is used primarily from the flying club "Luftsportgemeinschaft Schaeferstuhl e.V."
The environment of the airfield is adapted by landclasses. The city of Salzgitter, the surrounding villages, major roads and the factory north of the rwy 11 are initially implemented, the Elisabethstift at the top of the hill is installed too. This scenery is also compatible with the Aerosoft VFR Germany 1.
The buildings in this scenery, however, do not exactly match the originals. Mainly standard buildings were used, but also a lot of objects from two very popular freeware libraries.
If these libraries are not installed, many objects are not visible!
