File Description: Here is the updated livery of Philippine Airlines' (specifically PAL Express) Dash-8. The existing livery indicated PAL Express but the airline has since changed this to simply "Philippines". This is not just a modification of the old skin, though. I have used Majestic's paintkit to make an entirely new one and this repaint is recommended and tested only with their Q400. Installation instructions are included in readme.txt located inside the archive. Enjoy!
