File Description: This patch will add more landmarks to el Formosa Taipei city scenery, as well as update Taiwan landclass, roads, and railways. Require el Formosa - Taiwan Scenery Part1, Part3, Part4, Part6, Part7, part8, and Part12 for correct river/coastline matching.
