File Description: This is a Starbow Airlines repaint for the QualityWings Ultimate 146 Collection Avro RJ100 model. The livery is 100% handpainted and is for FSX only. I have included two versions, one with the pylons in blue and one with both the engines and the pylons in blue. By Sebastian Szucs.
