Correction to ExcBuilder Tutorial

File Description:
This is a correction to a typographical error in the Tutorial. I stated that FSUIPC is required when in fact it should have read FSConnect is required. My apology for not catching this before releasing the tutorial.

FSConnect 3.00

File Description:
FSConnect is a module that gets loaded by Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) and interacts with third-party programs (clients), providing data regarding the user aircraft. Version 3.00 adds support for XML expressions, as well as the ability to generate key events by which you can control the user aircraft and certain aspects of the simulator. Program for TaxiwaySign Creation FSConnect Version

File Description:
Program create XML file with Taxiway Signs description for use in FS2004 SDK BGLCOMP compiler , is coupled with FS via FSConnect or FSUIPC , unfortunately in FS2004 in this moment you need registered version. If you have FSConnect instaled , use this interface , in other case FSUIPC , FSConnect.dll is included , Copy it into your modules folder (Thank's Russel Dirks for their Big tool).
