North Atlantic Waypoints for FSX and FS2004

As a virtual pilot and Instructor to budding Oceanic Controllers for IVAO (www.ivao.aero) I am frustrated by the fact that Microsoft have never included the Oceanic Waypoints required to fly North Atlantic Tracks (NATs).
