File Description: This repaint is for the A2A Wings of Power III Spitfire Mk IIb. Representing the Spitfire Mk V BL336 flown by Wng Cdr Roland Robert Stanford Tuck. It is coded with the initials RS o T, which was an honour accorded to Wing Commanders and above. It also displays his final tally of 29 victories on the fuel tank cover. On 28 January 1942, while on a low-level fighter sweep "Rhubarb" mission over northern France, his Spitfire was hit by enemy ground-based flak near Boulogne and he was forced to crash land. He was captured by the very German troops he had been firing upon. He later escaped, on 1st February 1945.
