Updated Config File for RFDS Raked Winglet PC-12 Model

File Description:
The original raked winglet config file for (rfds__central__pc-12_fleet.zip) did not include an entry for VH-FDJ. Included is a corrected text file for the raked winglet model containing all the [fltsim.x] entries for the config file.
