Palese Macchie, Bari, Italy (LIBD/BRI) - ILS runway 07 Update

File Description:
This package updates the ILS in Bari Palese, Italy (LIBD). Since FS9 was released, the ILS rwy 07 frequency and its ident have changed. Also, the GP is coupled with a DME station, which is not depicted in the simulator. The new ILS is on frequency 111.35MHz and its ident is BAP. This package works correctly both with FS9's default scenery and with the freeware addon by Filippo Infascelli.
