TAA Trans Australia Airlines DC-9-30 for the SGA Model Retro Australia Series

File Description:
Textures only, for use with the SGA DC9 model. Prior to being renamed Australian Airlines, and later becoming the domestic arm of Qantas, TAA was Australia's Government owned domestic carrier. The livery included was used on TAA's DC9's from 1981, to the retirement of their last DC-9 in 1989. In 1981 when the "hockey stick" livery was adopted, TAA did a major refurbishment of their DC-9's, and even gained approval from McDonnell Douglas to call them DC-9 Super 30's (in line with the then new DC-9 Super 80's). The major refurbishment included cabin refit to match the DC-9 Super 80, new seats to match those which TAA used in the then new Airbus A300's, new decor, improved auto pressurisation system, and engine synchronisation.
